Application Instructions
When completing the application please note:
1. Each person 18-years and over who will live at the property must complete a separate application.
2. Original signed applications must be returned to our office, along with $43 cash/money order fee; this fee is not refundable.
3. Complete every line on the application; if something does not apply to you, indicate “n/a” or put a line through it.
4. We ask for the last 10 years residency information, so if you run out of space you can write on the back of the application.
5. When you return the application we also need:
a. 2 pieces of Identification from each applicant (we need to see the originals)
b. copies of recent pay stubs and/or other income receipts
